These terms apply when you use mandienickerson.com or buy The Artist’s Journey from Mandie Nickerson, trading as Harmony by Design Music. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you are buying
For one payment of $47 USD you receive: 15 original songs, a fillable digital companion journal with one page for each song, and four live weekly group calls on Zoom, held Thursdays at 12 PM Eastern, starting the week you join.
Access
After payment you will receive an email with sign-in details for the website and the Artist’s Journey app. The songs and journal are yours to keep. If a call is rescheduled, I will tell you by email in advance.
Personal licence
The music, lyrics, artwork and journal are © Mandie Nickerson. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen and to use the journal for your own reflection. Please do not resell, share, publicly perform, broadcast or upload them elsewhere.
Refunds
If it is not for you, email me within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Not medical advice
The Artist’s Journey is an original-music and personal-reflection experience. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Group call conduct
Calls are a space for sharing what you noticed. Please keep what others share confidential and treat everyone with respect. I may remove anyone who does not.
Liability
The product is provided as described. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
