How it works

• Email from the address you used to purchase, within 7 days of your purchase date.
• You do not need to give a reason.
• The full $47 is returned to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• Access to the songs, journal and remaining calls ends when the refund is issued.
